The SAP Partner Specialist will be responsible for the following:
- Implementing and enhancing the SAP RE-FX functionality
- Improve lease management, real estate portfolio management, space management and financial integration with access from all regional countries.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 16 for lease-in and lease-out contracts.
- Optimizing business processes
- Automate contract creation, activation, management and reporting processes.
- Improve accuracy in lease calculations, cost allocations and lease administration and management.
- Migrating lease contract data from Nakisa to SAP RE-FX
- Ensure seamless data transition from Nakisa while maintaining historical contractual and financial records.
- Enhancing integration with SAP-MM, SAP-Finance and other modules
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, SAP-MM and SAP Workflow.
- Improving reporting and dashboards
- Implement advanced SAP RE-FX reports and dashboards for real-time insights.
- Providing training and knowledge transfer
- Ensure that key users and administrators are equipped with the necessary skills to operate and maintain the system.
