Under the supervision of the Senior Corporate Infomaster and PCER2 Division Manager, the consultant will:

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and Drupal CMS, including custom modules and theme development
Manage multilingual content across English, French, Portuguese, and Arabic, ensuring proper RTL text rendering and Arabic typography
Implement and maintain SEO strategies, web analytics, and performance optimization across all language versions
Create specialized web pages for entities, sectors, initiatives, events, and knowledge products with appropriate functionality
Publish and manage press releases, announcements, and multimedia content across Web, Intranet, and Extranet platforms
Conduct quality assurance testing, content audits, and usability evaluations across all platforms and languages
Optimize images, banners, and multimedia assets for web delivery
Provide monthly web analytics reports and quarterly content audit reports to PCER management
Collaborate with web team, content creators, multimedia specialists, and communication officers across Bank departments
