The African Development Bank’s Regional Integration Coordination Office (RDRI) is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the implementation of the Regional Operations Envelope (ROE) under its concessional financing window, the African Development Fund (ADF). The ROE finances Regional Operations (ROs) and Regional Public Goods (RPGs) that support regional integration, cross-border infrastructure, policy harmonization, and regional public goods across Africa. The ADF-ROE Secretariat plays a central role in portfolio monitoring, pipeline development, coordination with operational complexes, and reporting to Bank management and ADF governance structures.
To support these activities, the Bank seeks to recruit an Individual Consultant to provide technical and analytical support to the ADF-ROE Secretariat. The consultant will assist in monitoring the ROE portfolio, maintaining the ROE database, supporting the annual call for proposals, preparing analytical reports and dashboards, and contributing to management reporting and knowledge products related to regional operations. The assignment will support the Bank’s broader agenda of strengthening regional integration, improving coordination of multinational operations, and enhancing the effectiveness of regional public goods financing across Africa.
