The Data Analytics Individual Consultant shall assist the Department in enhancing its data capture across 6 Regions, data reporting and visualization capabilities using Power BI and SharePoint. The consultant will: (i)Understand BI and sharepoint context and  business requirements and design data models for meaningful insights; (ii)Create interactive visual reports and dashboards using Power BI and Sharepoint; (iii) Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SNSC services that could feed into the general dashboard ; (iv) Analyze data and present it in reports for decision-making ; (v) Work with users and team members at all levels to translate requirements into dashboard visualizations ; (vi) Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models ; (vii) Chart creation, data documentation (algorithms, parameters, models, relations) ; (viii) Design, develop, test, and deploy Power BI scripts; perform detailed analytics ; and (ix) Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI. The specific objectives of this Assignment are as follow:  (i) Objective 1: Enhance the design of the Dashboards and reporting ; (ii) Objective 2: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training to ensure effective end-user adoption, use of the designed dashboards and Microsoft Power BI; (iii)Objective 3: Maintain the Dashboards and support Management in data mining and reporting. The consultant shall conduct his/her daily work in compliance with all the Bank policies and rules, and using the practical guidance and tools provided in the SNSC Business Standards.
