The primary objective of this assignment is to ensure that the Bank’s co-financing portfolio adheres strictly to all compliance requirements set forth by the European Commission under PAGODA arrangements and the FFPA. The Consultant will be responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and verifying that portfolio activities meet the established contractual obligations. This role will involve working closely with relevant teams to implement compliance measures, identify and address potential gaps and risks and ensure timely reporting. The Consultant’s efforts will support the Bank in maintaining its commitment to high standards of accountability and regulatory alignment.
