Collaborate with program and project managers to propose the categorization of projects using the gender maker categorization system. Participate in operational missions and draft project documents to promote the implementation of the Bank's Gender Strategy. Assess the potential impact of proposed projects on gender equality and propose measures to reduce gender inequalities. Assist in the development of the national gender profile in partnership with the regional economists.
To that effect, AHGC1 is looking for individual consultant to provide effective project execution and management skills for the implementation of the projects concerned as outlined in the Scope of services and deliverable of the assignment. In addition, the selected consultants should have knowledge and experience in gender analysis and conducting research. They will serve as a liaison between the AHGC1, sectors, project Managers and clients.
