The Consultant’s scope of work will include the following:

Design, implement, and operationalize innovative data analytics use cases to inform the Bank data needs leveraging data from DDP data providers.
Support the implementation of the STG-17 established as part of the African Union SHASA and for which the Bank is serving as secretariat coordinating the technical implementation.
Develop related interactive and visually appealing dashboards to enhance the dissemination of results and support insightful decision-making.
Create comprehensive documentation around data products developed and facilitate knowledge transfer to enhance the capabilities of in-house analysts.
Develop training materials that will be used during the regional training workshop on Big Data and emerging technologies for official statistics.
