SECTION 1 : LETTRE D'INVITATION 

Le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement ci-après dénommé PNUD  invite par la présente les soumissionnaires potentiels à présenter une offre conformément au cahier des charges et au programme des exigences tels qu'ils figurent dans le présent appel d'offres.
