Objective:To strengthen women’s leadership and political participation by supporting civil society organizations working to promote gender equality, inclusive governance, and women’s representation in political and public life within the framework of the WYDE (Women and Youth in Democracy) programme funded by the European Union.

Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must be legally registered civil society organizations (CSOs), non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or networks working on gender equality and women’s empowerment.
Organizations must be operational in eligible countries and demonstrate experience in implementing projects on women’s leadership or participation in decision-making.
Only one proposal per organization may be submitted.
Partnerships and consortia are encouraged.
Eligible countries:Countries covered under the WYDE Women and Youth in Democracy programme (refer to Annex 1 of the call document).
Project duration:Up to 18 months.
Grant amount:Minimum USD 50,000 – Maximum USD 250,000.
