Senegal: Internship Opportunity with Carbon Policies

The Global Green Growth Institute internship program (also called "Grow Green" Program) provides a unique learning opportunity for students and recent graduates from diverse academic backgrounds. CURRENT OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to work with us in the GGGI Senegal Office to support the development and custody of technical information and knowledge sharing materials for the Program “Designing Policy Approaches under Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.”

The assignment will include the following but not limited to assisting the DAPA Program Manager in:

• Developing capacity building materials related to Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
• Developing promotional materials for DAPA activities in Senegal.
• Organizing, version controlling & archiving documents in a systematic manner.
• Coordinating meeting schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attending relevant meetings, drafting minutes, and ensuring timely clearance and distribution.
• Researching relevant information, including news and releases of technical inputs from the UNFCCC and other relevant institutions related to the Program and preparing brief notes and summary documents of technical information.
• Proposing innovative knowledge products.
• The intern will belong to a diverse and professional environment and will benefit from mentorship, development of challenging professional tasks and daily basis interaction with other colleagues.
